How do I choose the right grip size for my tennis racquet?
To find your ideal grip size, measure the distance from the middle crease of your palm to the tip of your ring finger. Most adults fall between size 2 (4 1/4) and size 4 (4 1/2). If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size as you can always add an overgrip to increase the thickness.
What is your policy on racquet stringing?
Most of our performance racquets are sold unstrung to allow for customization. You can select your preferred string and tension on the product page, and our professional stringing team will prepare it for you. Please allow an additional 24-48 hours for processing orders with custom stringing services.
How long does shipping take within Australia?
We offer standard and express shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, while Express shipping usually arrives within 1-2 business days for metropolitan areas. All orders are shipped with tracking information provided via email.
Can I return a pair of tennis shoes if they don't fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for footwear. Shoes must be in brand new, unworn condition and in their original packaging. Please try your shoes on indoors on a clean surface to ensure they are the correct fit before heading to the court.
Do you offer a warranty on tennis racquets?
All racquets sold by Tennis Only come with a manufacturer's warranty against structural defects. This typically lasts for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note that string breakage and normal wear and tear, such as bumper guard scratches, are not covered under warranty.
